Road Projects

Road project funding comes in the form of the state gas tax. Money from the account is then apportioned to each county based on the total miles of town roads located in the county. The county treasurer redistributes the money to each township based on a formula adopted by the county board. Special assessments are not applied to Township Road & Bridge projects.

• 2008 - Norm Imholte road 50th Ave. & 75th St., overlays on 86th ave., 70th ave. between cty. roads 57 and 67, and blacktopped 103rd. ave.
• 2007 - 103rd paved, 72nd and 70th Avenue
